Player & Staff Check In

Each player and staff member must check-in individually. No other player, coach or captain can check-in a player on their behalf.

The check-in for the tournament will happen at Kilmurry Village Hall (maps). These check-ins will take place at different slots:

  • Morning Slot – 10AM to 12PM (noon)
  • Afternoon Slot – 2PM to 5.30PM
  • Evening Slot – 9PM to 10.30PM

Please check in the earliest possible.
Do not be the person arriving at 9AM and only checking in in the evening. Thank you.

If any individual is arriving on campus after 10.30PM, please have your team staff contact us. These individuals will be valid to check-in on Saturday morning. If not communicated in advance, we will not check them in until after the first 3 timeslots of the tournament has passed. We will send you the info on when and where to check-in on Saturday if we hear anything from you.

An individual should bring the following items to the check-in:

  • Photo ID Card
Must be an officially licensed ID that includes a photo, full name, and date of birth of the person.
  • Jersey(s) that will be worn (not applicable for staff members)
We will check if the number is correct with what’s provided on the roster

If any individual forgets any of the items, they will be asked to check in later. If they haven’t checked in properly by Friday evening, we will not check them in until after the first 3 timeslots of the tournament has passed on Saturday.
